Therapist Requirements:
- Valid licensure in the state of ND (LPC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW)
- Obtain malpractice insurance by start date
- Not under disciplinary action by licensure board
- Self-starter and internally motivated
- Ability to complete notes in a timely manner

Undergraduate Internship
Experience the behavioral health setting in this specialty counseling center.
- Observe individual and group sessions with licensed mental health professionals.
- Access trainings and resources related to behavioral health and individual and group therapy.
- Learn about business management of a private practice.
- Learn about insurance companies, billing, and reimbursements.
Graduate Internship Opportunities
Internship opportunities available for master level graduate students in social work or clinical mental health will be done with clinical therapists. An internship would include;
- Observation of individual sessions with clinical therapists.
- Observation of behavioral health group sessions
- Opportunities to build a case load of patients (depending on skill and program requirements)
- Opportunities for program development and creating behavioral health groups.
- Opportunities to work with community partners.
- Case management, referrals, mental health treatment recommendations.

Clinical supervision for therapists seeking clinical licensure can be provided for social workers and clinical mental health professionals.
